Cornalin is one of the oldest grape varieties in Valais, with the earliest evidence dating back to the early 14th century. The variety is very demanding to cultivate, but its wine is of exceptional quality. Cornalin is a rarity that only thrives in the very best locations.

This is the taste of Cornalin: spicy hints of cloves infuse the intense fruitiness with an exotic elegance. On the palate, the bold tannins are accompanied by fruity black cherry aromas, smooth and lingering.
