New ways in gastronomy

“In French-speaking Switzerland and France, it’s quite normal to get a “ballon” from the tap. Only in German-speaking Switzerland is it something unknown. But I haven’t found anyone yet who has dared to do it here, so I’m glad that the two from Kuni & Gunde were so brave.” So much for a quote from me in the Basler Zeitung of 1 December 2022.
