Meet Pendula, our sparkling wine. A lively and fresh Basel-Landschaft Blanc de Noir. Pendula is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Aescher Klus. This sparkling wine was aged on the lees for a year, giving it a noticeable effervescence. Clear and straightforward on the palate, with delicate fruit and a pleasant residual sweetness. In short: a refreshing treat that is light and easy to drink.
