This wine was produced in amphorae using marsh lime without any technical intervention. The grapes are as alpine as the wine is rocky. Our Sauvignon Blanc matured on its own mash for seven months. All the minerality of the mountainous location comes through generously. The wine is characterized by the full power of the deep terroir.
